I’m temporarily locked out after too many Duo two-step sign-in attempts. What do I do?

There is a 15-minute account lock that can occur if too many two-step attempts fail within a short length of time. Please try again in 15 minutes.

If you need to get into your account right away or you are still unable to sign in after 15 minutes, please contact the University IT Service Desk at 650-725-4357 (5-HELP), or submit a help request.
